    ■ Change the bonus stat of Electricity Card. (Critical Rate to Critical Damage)
    ■ Small stat boost depending on which title you are using. (Ie. Dex master +10 dex)
    ■ Block rate on mobs in Eillun needs to be nerfed hard.
    ■ Auto-perin converter
■ Change the price of 10% cards @ VP Shop. 28 > 14

Any class using dex already has 100% crit rate, including classes that don't have dex (Str Jester / 1v1 Knight / Blade / BP)
